Capture a visit

One form for site visits and presentations. It saves as you go, so a dropped signal never loses what you have typed. Nothing reaches the CRM until you press Submit.

2  Client & people

Search all contacts instead
From the contact record. If you change these, Save to CRM asks whether to update the contact as well.

Attendees

Nobody added yet.
Their side and our side are kept apart so you can later ask either question: who from here has met this client, and who at this client have we met.

3  Business cards & attendance lists on your hardware

Each photo uploads straight away, is filed on qi, and is read there by the vision model on the TechStone workstation. Keep photographing — cards are read one after another. Add the back of a card if it has details there. An attendance or sign-in list is read row by row, and each person appears below like a card. Check each one, pick or create its organisation, and tick Confirmed. Confirmed cards are added to the CRM, owned by the Sales group, when you press Save to CRM.

4  Photos, attendance sheet & documents GPS off

Turn on location and a photo taken on site pins the client permanently — that coordinate then outranks the billing address everywhere, including the route planner.
